		WORK-UP	Thorough history. Slit lamp examination
		TREATMENT	Observation \| lid massage \| topical antibiotic \| probing \| Rarely is dacryocystorhinostomy indicated.
		FOLLOW-UP	Frequent follow-ups are not indicated unless a surgery procedure is performed.
		ADDITIONAL LAB \| TESTS	Fluorescein dye disappearance test
		ETIOLOGY	Congenital (duct over valve of Hasner) or age-related
		DIFFERENTIAL DX	Conjunctivitis \| punctal agenesis \| dacryocele
		NOTES	The majority of congenital cases spontaneously resolve by age 1
