Lattice Dystrophy (LD)
		SYMPTOMS	Blurry vision \| Discomfort from corneal erosions
		SIGNS	Subepithelial/stromal dots or branching/filamentous lines \| Usually the periphery is clear \| Possible corneal erosions
		WORK-UP	Thorough history. Slit lamp examination
		TREATMENT	Observation \| Lubrication for corneal erosions \| Corneal transplant in advanced cases
		FOLLOW-UP	Every 6-12 months
		ADDITIONAL LAB \| TESTS	None
		ETIOLOGY	Inherited (autosomal dominant)
		DIFFERENTIAL DX	Macular dystrophy \| Granular dystrophy
		NOTES	LD involves amyloid deposition \| LD can recur after corneal transplant \| LD has different subtypes
