SIGNS Periorbital rash | lid swelling | vesicles | skin crusting
WORK-UP Thorough history. Slit lamp examination
TREATMENT Avoid irritating agents | artificial tears | cool compresses | steroid cream/ointment
Tacrolimus may be indicated in more advanced cases
FOLLOW-UP 1 week
ADDITIONAL LAB | TESTS None
ETIOLOGY Usually irritants (cosmetics, eye drops)
DIFFERENTIAL DX Shingles | eczema | impetigo
